Chegar lá é complicado pq a estrada é muito ruim, terra, buracos demais, outro ponto, poderia ter muito mais opções no cardápio pq é um lugar isolado de acesso complicado, e ficamos 6 noites com um cardápio que apesar da comida ser maravilhosa, não tinha tanta variedade.

Maravilhoso, mas tem pontos de melhora

O hotel fica em uma praia linda, quase que isolada e privativa, com uma estrutura nova e enorme. Como são poucos quartos, a privacidade de cada hóspede é quse total. Os funcionário são muito simpáticos... tão simpáticos que, em alguns casos, acabam preferindo evitar conflitos com hóspedes abusados. Na minha estadia houve dois episódios em que isso ficou claro: o primeiro foi o de uma família que resolveu ligar uma caixa de som em volume alto, na beira da praia, incomodando a quem foi ali para ouvir apenas o mar. O outro foi com crianças mal educadas que começaram a perseguir os coelhos que andam soltos pela propriedade e prender os pobres bichinhos nos vasos de barro que enfeitam os jardins. Nos dois casos, ninguém fez nada (exceto por mim, no caso dos coelhos). É preciso empoderar os funcionários seniores para que eles intervenham e ajudem a manter a paz e a preservar o lugar. Outro ponto de melhora é a piscina, que precisa de mais manutenção. Ela é enorme. Em pontos menos usados, acumulava lodo. Apenas no último dia vimos alguém aspirar a piscina. Me surpreenderam: a excelência e hospitalidade da ceia de Natal oferecida aos hóspedes sem custo adicional e a qualidade técnica da massagista do Spa, que está entre as melhores que já provei em hotéis de todo o mundo.
