Lamentável o serviço prestado pelo hotel. Fiz a reserva desde novembro do ano passado e quando cheguei no hotel disseram que eu seria encaminhado para outro sob a frágil alegação de que quando fiz a reserva a administração do hotel era outra. Total falta de profissionalismo do hotel. Não recomendo.

El hotel está bueno, está en buenas condiciones, el personal es buena onda, la habitación es un poco chica, yo estuve 3 días y estuvo bien, tal vez más días estás incómodo por lo reducido. Esta cerca del centro y cerca de la playa del centro (para las mejores playas hay que caminar bastante para el norte).

Hôtel bien placé en centre-ville, beau et propre

J'ai passé la dernière nuit de mon séjour à Porto Seguro dans cet hotel et en suis très satisfaite. Le personnel est aimable et serviable. L'hôtel est charmant, avec patio central, piscine et parking. La chambre, un peu petite, est bien aménagée et propre. Lit très confortable. Salle de bain propre. Il n'y a pas de téléphone dans les chambres.
