O hotel possui uma boa estrutura física, mas a experiência de hospedagem foi decepcionante. O quarto carece de itens básicos: o banheiro precisa de reforma, não há secador de cabelo e os abajures são meramente decorativos, pois não há tomadas para ligá-los. Aparentemente, a integração a um novo grupo tem sido caótica. Notamos funcionários extremamente sobrecarregados e sem qualquer autonomia. O descaso com o hóspede ficou nítido em dois episódios: primeiro, quando nossas toalhas foram retiradas e não repostas, nos obrigando a usar toalhas de piscina. Segundo, e mais grave, na noite de Réveillon. Mesmo sendo a data mais cara do ano, o hotel fechou o restaurante e nos passou informações erradas sobre o funcionamento. Em uma tentativa desesperada de não comprometer nossa ida à festa em Arraial, sugerimos uma solução simples: que nos fornecessem apenas pão e queijo para montarmos um sanduíche rápido, aceitando pagar o valor integral de um prato do cardápio. A resposta foi negativa, alegando 'falta de autonomia'. É inadmissível que uma gestão impeça seus funcionários de resolverem um problema tão básico, deixando o cliente sem assistência alimentar em plena noite de Ano Novo. Somado a isso, o DayUse por um valor irrisório lota a piscina e inviabiliza um serviço decente. Entre cerveja quente e falta de suporte, o sentimento é de total desrespeito com quem investiu alto na diária. Não recomendo até que a liderança seja reformulada."

Ótima localização da pousada, pé na areia, só faltou ter guarda sol na praia. A limpeza do quarto é muito precária, mal feita, mal cheiro do ralo do banheiro. O funcionário do bar durante o dia deixa muito a desejar, não fala nem “bom dia” se quer.

Atendimento foi péssimo em toda a estadia. Tinham aparecido 2 baratas enormes, na terceira pedi pra resolverem falaram que não tinha inseticida e não poderiam fazer nada, a TV tambem nao funcionava e mesmo pedindo nao foram resolver disseram que a manutenção resolveria só no dia seguinte ja estava a 3 dias de hospedagem, com muita insistencia troquei de quarto. Pedi coberta pois estava com frio dado o vento intenso vindo pela varanda do quarto e insolação, a resposta que obtive foi que estavam sem a chave para pegar, seria possivel só no dia seguinte infelizmente. Pedi toalha para piscina / praia nao tinham tambem quiseram dizer que nao era para levar a toalha do quarto que era proibido. Fora toda a demora pra obter uma simples resposta leva no minimo 2 horas, falam que estão ocupados mas o quarto era do lado da recepção e eu via o funcionário no celular.

Hotel antigo, mas recém reformado. Gostei muito, do quarto, roupas de cama. Fiquei decepcionado por encontrar uma barata no quarto, mas nada que comprometesse o acolhimento do hotel.

Eu já conhecia a pousada quando era de um alemão , agora está um descuido total, não tem liderança os funcionários fazem do jeito deles, petiscos na praia chegava gelado, as caíras praia nos qie tínhamos que arrumar ninguém aparecia antes das 10:00 hrs, quarto ruim cama velha , wc precisando de reparos , vaso sanitário solto, café da manhã todos dias igual sem ninguém liderando os funcionários e não tina pra quem reclamar, tem que melhorar muito pra ser o que era antes

Pessoal bem receptivo, boa localização. Café da manhã razoável, ficamos 6 dias, tomamos banho na água gelada, pois o bloco que ficamos estava com o chuveiros queimados e ninguém nos avisou ( achávamos que era normal não esquentar). Academia péssima, aparelhos muito velhos.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, tem o conforto de estar a beira mar, numa praia tranquila e ótima para crianças, porém algumas deixaram a desejar, a piscina não é aquecida, no quarto não tinha nem sabonete, shampoo e condiciionador então nem se fala, a TV não estava funcionando e os técnicos foram arrumar bem na hora que entramos, outra coisa que me decepcionou foi que quando voltamos da praia para tomar banho acabou a água no hotel inteiro por conta de um problema na bomba e tivemos que ficar umas 3hs aguardando voltar para enfim tomar banho, emfim, pelo custo benefício poderia ser melhor...

Casamento em Arraial

A pousada é ótima, muito bonita. Localizada à beira-mar, próxima à saída da balsa. Quartos confortáveis, fiquei no segundo piso. Possui bar, restaurante, café-da-manhã justo com tapioca doce e salgada, bolos, sucos, frutas, iogurtes, café, queijo, presunto, ovos... Comida típica baiana muito boa no cardápio, recomendo a casquinha de siri. O chuveiro precisou de ajuste no início, rapidamente solucionado. Equipe muito prestativa. Vans na cidade disponíveis para translado ate o centrinho com ponto em frente a pousada. Região mais tranquila pra se ficar. Recomendo!

Foi uma estadia muito boa, a acomodação é muito boa, o hotel está muito bem localizado com fácil acesso ao centro. Excelente café da manhã e o melhor pé na areia com a piscina de frente…. A única coisa que precisa melhorar é o cardápio do restaurante/bar que além de ser mais caro que a média de arraial, não tem muita qualidade e com pouca variedade. No mais, vale muito a pena ficar no Beijamar!!! Voltaria com certeza.
