Estadia muito boa, funcionários maravilhosos, simpáticos e educados. 2 ponto de melhoria: A limpeza da piscina pode ser melhorada, devido as árvores, caem algumas folhas e pode incomodar um pouco e o café da manhã pode ser um pouco mais variado. No geral, um lugar excelente, com funcionários maravilhosos e boa estrutura. Retornarei mais vezes.

Atendeu às expectativas.
O hotel fica muito bem localizado, na rua paralela à orla da praia de Mundaí, com diversos restaurantes e barracas de praia próximos. Uma excelente opção para quem pretende conhecer Porto Seguro, mas não quer ficar no movimento do Centro/Passarela do Álcool o dia inteiro. O café da manhã é bem servido, e a equipe sempre esteve disposta a solucionar qualquer dúvida e resolver qualquer problema. Embora não tenha muito luxo, o quarto tem tudo o que se precisa para uma noite confortável: roupas de cama e toalhas sempre limpas, ar condicionado, frigobar e televisão. A piscina tem um tamanho bom e a manutenção estava sempre em dia. Recomendo!

Local muito agradável, próximo a praia e piscina muito boa, ótima organização e limpeza. Café da manhã ótimo e variado. Minha estadia por 7 dias foi excelente. Me surpreendeu positivamente. Pretendo retornar. Ponto negativo os preço elevados do restaurante e a fraca preparação das refeições.

Boa estadia!
Considerei o hotel com uma boa relação custo x benefício para a nossa estadia. Por ter me hospedado durante o carnaval, o preço que eu consegui foi bom em relação aos outros hotéis, mesmo tendo reservado com bastante antecedência. O quarto que a gente ficou era simples, porém, muito limpo e arrumado e a cama muito confortável. O café da manhã era bom, tinha muitas opções como frutas, bolos, pães, salgados, mas, como estávamos na Bahia, faltou uma salada de frutas e uma tapioca feita na hora. A área da piscina é bem agradável com um deck bar, mesas e cadeiras.

A pior experiência possível. Depois de 13h de viagem, ao chegar ao hotel fui informado que o mesmo estava cheio a minha reserva havia sido encaminhada a um outro hotel. SÓ ME AVISARAM QUANDO CHEGUEI NO HOTEL!!! Sem qualquer respeito com o turista!!!

No geral muito agradável
No geral gostamos bastante do Hotel, os rapazes da recepção são muito cordiais e a Marcela funcionária que faz os lanches é muito simpática. Só não curtimos os travesseiros, muito baixos, e o fato de ser muito distante do centro(passarela do álcool) e da Balsa, o que demanda tempo, dinheiro e paciência para o deslocamento!
