Hospedagem top! Ficamos em 3 pessoas em um quarto bem apertado, sinalizamos na recepção, imediatamente arrumaram outro quarto! Atendimento espetacular! Pousada bem mediana.

Apesar dos esforços do funcionário Ely, da simpatia das meninas do restaurante, a pousada é fraca. No dia em que chegamos, fomos recepcionados por um atendente antipático chamado Yuri, que nos colocou em um quarto para duas pessoas, sendo que somos 3, com uma cama adicional para uma criança de dez anos, dizendo que foi um erro do aplicativo Hoteis.com e que nada poderia fazer para ajudar, pois a pousada estava lotada. Compramos nossa viagem em novembro, sendo um quarto com cama de casal e uma cama de solteiro, e não caminha adicional para crianças até dez anos, enfiada do lado da cama de casal, onde ninguém conseguia se mexer. A má vontade do recepcionista nos causou arrependimento imediato. Por sorte, o Ely prontamente conseguiu um quarto compatível para 3 pessoas. A piscina de adulto é excelente, sendo o ponto forte da Pousada, porém tem que tomar cuidado com a ponta do azulejo, no qual meu marido cortou o pé ( corte profundo). O café da manhã é simples. Localização razoável. Há muitas opções melhores nas proximidades e preços similares. Com exceção do Yuri, todos os funcionários são educados e prestativos. Infelizmente, não voltaremos.

Gostei muito da estadia, quarto muito bem organizado e limpo,o hotel tem uma excelente infraestrutura. Porém acho que precisa melhorar mais na qualidade do café da manhã,no primeiro dia a qualidade do café estava mediana,porém no segundo como chegou um grupo de pessoas,nem queijo eles colocaram item básico de café, e não foi questão de reposição e por que não havia mesmo. Melhorando esse ponto,acho que tem um grande potencial o hotel.

Bom, mas podia ser melhor.

O hotel é muito bom. Área de piscina excelente. Atendimento da recepção e funcionários é digno de elogios, principalmente ao funcionário Eli. Atencioso e prestativo como poucos. O café é simples, porém muito bom e o atendimento tbm. Porém, a limpeza deixou a desejar. As funcionarias do setor não tem empatia com os hóspedes e começam a falar alto, dar gargalhadas e fazer barulho às 07h da manhã. Uma embalagem de biscoito esquecida no chão foi colocado em cima do armário pelas faxineiras. Mesmo após pedido para repor papel higienico, o mesmonfora ignorado umas duas vezes. A gerente foi comunicada e disse estar ciente dos problemas com a equipe e que iria resolver. Porém, acredito que levaram muito tempo pra tomar algum tipo de atitude. Quarto com cheiro forte de mofo. Saímos com a sinusite atacada e estamos sentindo os efeitos até hoje.

Cordialidade, limpeza, localização, voltaríamos!

Ponto positivo: Cordialidade de todos, localização, café da manhã, piscina, estacionamento foram muito bons. O quarto é limpo e cheiroso, possui um banheiro muito limpo, um ar condicionado bom, forno micro-ondas e frigobar. Ponto negativo: Mesmo o quarto no ponto positivo com o que oferece, ressalvo que nossa janela do quarto/varanda era voltado para piscina/área do café, onde ás 8hrs já tinha música tocando e pessoas conversando bem alto. Sei que são 8horas, mas como é viagem para fins de descanso, o quarto deveria ser mais silencioso ou que investissem na acústica. Só tinha um edredom de casal, mesmo assim pequeno. O carrinho da limpeza passando no corredor também não agrada.
