This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for six.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The two bedrooms have queen beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Miragaia, a charming neighbourhood nestled in the heart of Porto, is a picturesque and historic enclave that exudes the city's timeless maritime and fishing traditions. With its narrow cobblestone streets, colourful facades, and tightly packed buildings, Miragaia offers a delightful journey through time, where centuries-old architecture meets the bustling energy of modern-day Porto. This waterfront district along the Douro River boasts a unique blend of authenticity and authenticity, creating an inviting atmosphere for locals and tourists alike. Stroll along Rua de Miragaia, and you'll discover a neighbourhood where the past and present coexist harmoniously, offering a glimpse into Porto's rich cultural heritage.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, São Bento, is just a 14-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is about a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
