This apartment is designed with a large convertible sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table big enough to accommodate four people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to whip up a delicious homecooked meal. The apartment also comes with ironing equipment should you need it.

The bedroom features a comfy queen bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The home is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your safety.

Guests have access to the entire property.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Porto is a fascinating city in the north of Portugal with lots of good things to offer you during your stay. There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes. The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends. There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines. It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.

Bus Stop: Afonso Cordeiro - 3 minutes

The check-in will take place directly at the property with the presence of a greeter, depending on availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
