Very Bad Experience Porto
Very bad experience, we left this GuestReady apartment in Porto prematurely with the consent of VRBO. The description of the apartment on the VRBO site actually only corresponds to the fact that it is indeed a nice distance from the beach. For the rest it is a drama. The specified parking garage to safely park our electric bicycles, among other things, was available, but the landlord did not have access to it because he has no rights to it because it is not paid for. So for safety's sake, leave your bicycles in the car because you want to park on a public road? It was barely 15 degrees in October, but the 'heating' mentioned in the description was not present. It was pure cold. The impression is given that you walk straight into the garden through the patio doors. The garden is a public lawn without chairs. You can only reach it by walking through the front door and around the street. The luxury version of the 2 bathrooms could not be used because there was no water. And the apartment was just filthy. It is certainly not suitable for 5 people because everything is designed for 4 people. We sent VRBO the photos. The hostess present on arrival would arrange everything for us, but then the landlord GuestReady and the lady did not respond in any way.
