Casa Senhorinha was as such established in 2021. The house was originally built in 2010 in cooperation with the famous Porto's born and raised architect “Alvaro Siza Vieira”.
Pedro, the first owner, was a Portuguese pro Surfer and a family friend of Siza Vieira’s. He wanted to express his love for the ocean and his hometown in this building. He chose the old fishing district Foz Velha.
