Very friendly and helpful staff, great facilities (pool, sauna, steam room, minibar in room restocked daily). Good location about 15-20 minutes walk from the old town, Ponte Luis I and the Cathedral. Superb a la carte breakfast with eggs benedict, smashed avocado toast, fresh orange juice etc. Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Porto :-)

Absolutely amazing stay. Right from checking in to the restaurant until I checked out I was treated like a member of the family. My room was upgraded at no charge, the food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff was awesome. They are very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend anyone to stay here.

I can't say enough great things about this place. Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff, incredible (and included) fresh cooked breakfast, and a sweet little spa. This is a gem in a very walkable area of the city. If I end up back in Porto sometime, I know where I'm staying.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Very clean with great amenities. The rooms were a nice size and the bathroom was fantastic. Free water in the rooms, and free drinks and treats when you enter the hotel. The staff were amazing. I mentioned that it was my husbands birthday during the stay and they went above and beyond making it a special trip.

Super unique and bougie property, really well located and close to everything in walking distance! Lives up to its name and was really a “work of art”. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Room was great and we had a huge balcony area to enjoy some late afternoon sun. Would definitely recommend!
