Experiência extremamente decepcionante. Chegamos 3h30 da manhã do nosso compromisso e o recepcionista estava dormindo. Buzinamos várias vezes e ninguém apareceu. Meu marido teve que descer do carro para conseguir que abrissem o portão. Total falta de preparo e respeito. Para completar, às 7h da manhã as funcionárias já estavam falando alto, rindo e conversando como se os hóspedes fossem obrigados a acordar junto. Ficaram nisso até quase 11h. Resultado: não dormi, não descansei e a pousada não cumpriu nem o básico. E ainda teve o café da manhã: alimentos com cara de velhos, sem frescor, e nem um pão francês decente para comer. Se você busca descanso, silêncio ou qualquer padrão mínimo de qualidade, fuja dessa pousada. Não volto e não recomendo para ninguém.

Prejuizo na garagem... Atendente abriu o portao da garagem e amassou a frente de minha Land Rover Discovery 2025...Totalmente despreparado e inconsequente pois sabia que o portao abre para frente na calcada...um absurdo!!! Solicitei que coloquem na frente dao portao os seguintes dizeres: abre para fora!!! Distancia minima de 2 metros!!!
