Atendimento muito cortês por parte de todo o pessoal, especialmente a recepcionista Rose, quem me liberou o quarto antes do previsto e atendeu minhas necessidades Beto no restaurante me brindou um serviço 5*****, com grande conhecimento do seu posto de trabalho e muito gentil Hotel com instalações impecáveis, no quarto tudo funcionando perfeitamente, equipamentos novos; limpeza e cheiro muito agradáveis Agradeço também ao Fernando, quem me assistiu no check out e me passou muitas informações de forma muito solícita. Se tivesse que dizer da única coisa a melhorar, seria a piscina pois não pega sol na maior parte do tempo, mas de qualquer forma o espaço é de qualidade Uma excelente experiência que penso repetir muitas vezes !!

Chuveiro péssimo
o hotel é novo e muito bom. Mas o chuveiro é péssimo. No nível de você ir embora do hotel sem tomar banho de tão ruim que é a experiência. Não sai água. Uma tortura e também não tem sabão em barra para piorar. No quesito ecosustentabilidade eles se superam, pois fizeram algo tão desagradável que você desiste de usar o chuveiro.

muito bom
unico problema foi estacionamento pois carros suvs grandes nao conseguem manobrar na garagem apesar de ter vagas e do lado de fora ja nao havia vagas . Creio que poderiam instalar os carros pequenos na garagem interior e os grandes do lado de fora.

Falta de alimentos sem glutem e sem leite
Hotel bom, os travesseiros estavam duros, não eram assim, eram bem macios. Minha naior queixa é que não posso comer glutem nem leite, no entanto, no café da manhã não tem itens sem um desses dois ingredientes .Pedi um ovo mexido e veio com algum leite pois passamos muito mal após o café da manhã , então só frutas e café. Falta atenção à esse detalhe.
