excellent location and great management

Beautiful villa a ten-minute walk to the beach and a ten-minute walk to town. Fabio and crew at ThePuglia management company are great and super responsive. The house is spacious and cool during the hottest part of the day, and the walled garden was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Soggiorno a Torre Lapillo

Nel complesso una buona struttura. Personale dell’immobiliare gentile. Andrebbe migliorata la dotazione di casa con almeno tutti gli strumenti primari. Dotazione in cucina basica, sarebbe buona cosa aggiungere un panno microfibra in cucina e bagno nuovi ed una spugnetta nuova. Da rivedere il problema dello scarico del bagno che manda cattivo odore se nn si scarica frequentemente. Da rivedere anche la connessione Wifi messa a disposizione perché inutilizzabile, penso sia un problema di ponti telefonici in quanto anche i cellulari con il massimo del segnale nn andavano. Per la zona in generale Torre Lapillo è molto sporca, sacchi dell’immondizia differenziata lasciati in strada per una settimana, strade molto sporche, molta incuria, peccato perché il posto è molto bello.
