Perfect location for an excellent beach - with great amenities. Excellent half board package delivered a great dining experience. Within a reasonable walking distance to the town centre and the restaurants/bars/shopping/sights there. The whole hotel team went to great lengths to look after us and no ask was too much. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view from rooms facing the ocean. Gardens are also beautiful. Very steep hill to walk around the grounds. Everything else needs to be cleaned up (stairs, windows, balconies, glass elevator) or painted (refresh). Needs lots of updating n rooms. Very big, complete breakfast (where the staff there were very nice compared to front desk). Wifi wasn’t working the whole day (was working previously). We were told when we called, in late afternoon, to try again (which I did may times), because it worked at front desk! It seems it was my problem (no offer to troubleshoot). Front desk is far (steep hill) from rooms, so no easy task to just go there to meet them. Opted to go to delicious, simple and traditional restaurant across the street (S. Marguerita)for dinner. Looks like nothing from stree but has a lovely little inner courtyard.Andrea there was great and accommodating, highly recommend!

Despite making a reservation, the restaurant decided to serve others who had come in after us first and we had to wait a full hour to get any kind of service. Then the waiter demanded a tip at the end of the night. On the private beach associated with the hotel, we were booted off of the open section of the beach to a crowded space with not enough room for all of us. And then the staff told us it could not be helped and that “in their opinion” this did not happen and did not want to help us at all. I said “isn’t it our opinion that counts? I’m the customer paying for all of this” and they shrugged their shoulders. I highly recommend that NO ONE should stay there. It was truly awful overall and not worth the money that we shelled out for it.

hotel isnt on the beach

Went in October and the hotel is dead. You have to eat in the restaurant across the road which was empty, the food was delivered cold Also no one spoke english in the restaurant so the side dishes arrived after the main dishes Nice beach and the rooms were spotless but you have to go elsewhere to eat

Needs refurbishing

The hotel was very tired. Needs serious refurbishing. The grounds need upkeeping. Garbage visible in overgrown bushes, dirty pool paint peeling on building and many wasp nests visible under the eves. We just travelled for a month in Europe and every other hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great Facility

The hotel is very modern located north of the town making a car very helpful .. beautiful deck pool and fabulous ocean beach directly in front of the hotel.. complimentary breakfast is first class with coffees prepared individually omelettes , crepes cooked in front of guest.. dinner menu is pricy and all inclusive ... we opted to go to the town for dinner
