On the 1st floor: pleasant living room with access to the terrace, benefiting from a beautiful south-west exposure with a view of the vineyards. 1 separate toilet. Spacious fully equipped kitchen. On the 2nd floor: mezzanine converted into a TV lounge area with convertible sofa and dressing room. Parking on property. Sheets included and beds made on arrival. Towels provided. Old renovated cellar, in the heart of the vineyard, located in Les Marches and offering a preserved and very calm environment. Very good comfort. Spacious and bright.
