The interior spaces of the hotel are lovely and comfortable. The bathroom and coffee amenities in the room are nice. The beds are very comfortable. There is a reasonable amount of parking on the property. The food and service in the onsite pub was good and the gift shop had a nice assortment of gifts as well as toiletries you might need. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet at night, and a short walk or drive to other restaurants and services on the main streets of Port Hardy.
