Room appears to more than adequate, the check-in was a warm welcome, and the dining room server Leah encouraged me to enjoy an exquisite dinner. Their house red is a Burrowing Owl Cabernet Franc(one of the best of BC wines)!

Way too noisy room heaters - that it's not mentioned is very strange. Unrealistically high ratings for this place - one can only wonder how authentic the odd high ratings are. Unfortunately, you don't find out until after you're committed. when I mention to front desk, they essentially say it's not an issue for their guests... the absolute WRONG answer - make the guest the problem. Are we in high school still? Never again. Rip off. Scam. Feels like a fancy work camp.

Nice decor, great shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the pub. There are some small things that could use some attention; the heater didn’t work properly and the TV’s sound is muffled

Room was in good condition, was quiet and clean. service in the resturant the 1 morning was terribly slow, it took 45minutes to get our drinks we ordered food and drink at the same time. Some interesting characters, in and around with colorful language towards children. We were there with hockey with I know can be alot for a hotel. They didnt gear in the rooms.. but then gave us a guest room on the 2nd floor to put the whole teams gear in. Just a few things odd.

This is my favourite hotel. The staff is excellent, the furnishings are beautiful, and the whole place is spotless. I will add the convenience of the restaurant is ideal. Truly world class!

There was a group of young hockey players in the hotel the parents were letting then run all over the place unsupervised. they were loud and rambunctious blocking the hallways throwing ice all over the place. I asked the front desk to deal with it and they did not. I was not impressed
