Confy beds.Hearter broken.Meal in dining room not made right. Mixed up ingredence in salad.Ony had two salads but the ingredance was wrong.Missing turkey but aded pepers. Morning breakfast did not come after waiting for 45 min. Also coffee was left over from the night befoe.Luke warm.

It was a last minute stay for us but they accommodated us without issue. We were even able to have rooms side my each for our large group. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable at check in. Overall a great experience.

Our experience with the Kwalilas Hotel was amazing! We were travelling with a lot of friends and family and everyone had the best experience. Our room was huge! Super comfortable and nice. The hotel is very modern and the staff super friendly and accommodating. The food and service at the Pub was not great but the convenience of having a Pub/restaurant on site was nice.

Nice & clean place. Staff are very polite and always on service. Very unique decoration & design of the lobby, restaurant, and rooms, representing the First Nation folklore. There is a small gift shop where you can buy stuff designed with First Nation motifs. A beach is 10 minutes walking distance. Enjoyable place

Ran out of the toilet paper, ran out of hair shampoo. Stayed 4 nights and requested cleaning person to replace towels NO One replaced towels for 4 days! Went to the front desk and requested for room service but nothing was done! Unbelievable! Not going back again period!

The room were nice and clean. I wish they had a printer avaialble for guests in the business centre so we didn't have to email confidential documents to the front desk. Also during busier times, it would be helpful lto have more than one person on the front desk. There were long waits for simpe requests like bag retrieval.

Quiet Area

Check-in and check out were fine. The staff was friendly enough. The room needed some help. The comforter was stained with something. There was an orange light that flashed across the street all night. Yes, the shades were pinned closed. I always carry a clothespin. Quiet room. Great location!
