Checked in on Christmas Day. Mimi was super helpful, full of cheer. The grounds were decorated for the holiday too. Room was spacious, very clean and more updated than we expected. The ocean view rooms are the way to go here

Well, the beds are new and extremely comfortable! Room was clean and neat. The only thing that is included with the room is coffee… but The maid did not leave any cups and only one pack of coffee… so we had to get up and go to the lobby to get coffee in the morning. Wish we woulda checked that before going to bed!! Oh well, mistakes happen.

Perfectly adequate. But... they charged an annoying "resort" fee (not mentioned at the time of booking), even though the pool and accompanying amenities (if any) were unavailable. The check-in clerk couldn't explain what else one might receive for the "resort" fee, but was clear that it was mandatory.

Had a waterfront room for 4 ppl (2 queen beds) and it was great. Clean, great view, roomie. Stayed 2 nights. They didn’t do a room service for some reason but other than that, it was great.
