The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast twice while we were there, plenty of options available. The restaurant and bar were unfotunately closed so we had to drive if we didnt want to cook, as the hotel is a little tucked away. The room itself was very nice and the kitchenette was well equiped. The only downside was there wasn't anywhere to sit and eat,the balcony chairs had seen better days and only had a small drinks table and inside was a a sofa with a glass coffee table so you would need a tray to eat on your lap. There was a writing desk with a tv, but only one chair. The bed was very comfotable and the bathroom was a good size. Overall a nice stay.

Pleasant Comfortable Stay.

Very pleasant enjoyable stay. Only downside was the bar closed at 22.00 and it wasn't possible to get a drink/nightcap. Being Irish I am usually only going out for a drink at this time so disappointing!

Good room but don't expect to walk into town

Nice hotel with good amenities. The cooking area within the room was useful, and it was good to have a kettle provided. The only downside to the room was that we found a pair of mens swimming trunks on the towel rail - not spotted by housekeeping!! Location is a bit remote from Pornic, being above the town and on the edge and there's nothing within easy walking distance

We will return!

This is the second time we have had a 1 night stopover at this Hotel. It is exactly what we need after a long drive. It has all the home comforts including a small kitchenette so you can have a cup of tea when you want, a very comfortable king size bed and proper bathroom with tub and shower. It also provides free, reliable wi-fi. We also enjoy the easy 15 minute walk into Pornic centre after sitting in a car all day. Our aim is to see as much of France en route to Ile d'Oleron where our daughter lives but it is tempting to revisit places that are so comfortable.

Après un séjour à titre personnelle en 2019, j’ai eu une rendez-vous pro dans le secteur. C’est donc sans hésiter que je suis retourné au golden tulip et encore une fois tout est parfait. L’équipement des studios, la propreté irréprochable, le calme, le parking couvert, le personnel, sans oublier la piscine…. Beaucoup de service pour un rapport qualité prix imbattable
