Friendly staff. In need of ramp for mobility issue

A one night stay on our way to Amalfi. Hotel front exterior could use some cleaning. The pool area and dining area very nicely set up. Limited checkin time till 9pm . The room was fairly small but all updated and modern and comfy. Breakfast had a great selection and good. Service was good except nobody to help with bags and some stairs to get up to check in. I would reccomend a ramp for disabled and strollers and easier to roll up suitcases.

Staff extremely rude. We had booked two day stay at this hotel. They did not like that we booked through orbits and wanted us to book directly through them. Upon arrival we were not greeted and were told they were busy and that we would have to wait for check in. once they finally checked us in we were given keys to our room. I was so tired and went to lay down and see the sheets had stains on them . So, I was about to go down to the reception area to complain when I met with the cleaning lady . She came and saw the dirty sheets and told the manager who moved us to another room. I realized at that time that this room had not been cleaned, b/ c our new room had the paper over the toilet etc. stating it had been cleaned. We made sure that since we had done two separate bookings with orbits and added an extra day it would be ok to remain in the same room. We were told we could stay in the same room both nights, BUT the next morning we left to go sightsee and come back late only to find out our key to our bedroom would not work and a man answered the door to the room we had left all our luggage and belongings in!!! I was freaked out and I told him this is our room. He didn’t understand. I showed him the key with the same room number. He was surprised , but said no suitcases or anything was in the room. I was panicked and worried and began to cry went to the receptionist who didn’t speak English and had to call this lady. She came and told us that she moved all our belongings!!

I had an amazing time in Blu hotel, the ladies Andrea and Ana Maria were amazing to me. I travelled with a child and they made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. They even took me the airport back just out of favour to me. I am very grateful to them as they made my stay beautiful and comfortable. We had a superior room which means we were facing the swimming pool and we had sea view as well. It was mesmerising to wake up to the sound of the sea. Will definitely recommended to anyone planning to go Salerno.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir haben beim Einchecken nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt, weil das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße liegt, und haben ein ruhiges Zimmer mit Meerblick erhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Badezimmer komplett neu. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr freundlich. FrĂŒhstĂŒck war zauberhaft. Alles da, was man braucht! Man konnte zusĂ€tzlich auch RĂŒhrei bestellen. Toller Cappuccino. Der Pool war sehr einladend und am Meer der Service, war auch sehr vorbildlich.

Bra för en natt eller tvÄ, men inte fem

Hotellet Àr ett enkelt hotell med ett fantastiskt lÀge, mitt pÄ stranden! Rummet var litet, men bekvÀmt och givetvis med luftkonditionering. Personalen var trevlig, dock har flertalet svÄrt att kommunicera pÄ engelska. Menyn i Restaurangen lÀmnar mer att önska för bÄde frukost, lunch och middag. Liten meny och flertalet rÀtter samt drinkar var inte valbara pga att rÄvaror var slut. Helt ok för en natt eller tvÄ, men för fem nÀtter hade ett bredare utbud önskats. Bra tillgÄng pÄ parkering, daglig stÀdning som var bra och hotellets litenhet bjöd pÄ en familjÀr kÀnsla med personalen.
Fantastiska kvÀllar med utsikt över havet.

El lugar realmente es para relajarse. Cuenta con una parada de autobĂșs en frente que te lleva al centro de Salerno. El personal del hotel en todo momento intenta comunicarse ya sea en castellano , inglĂ©s o italiano. Lo recomendamos mucho es un ambiente familiar y para desconectar .

Bien mais à améliorer.

Chambre rénovée et spacieuse. TrÚs grand lit. Rangements et climatisation. Balcon trÚs agréable avec superbe vue mer. Il manque une table pour en profiter au maximum. La douche n'est pas fonctionnelle ( impossible de réguler la température). L'accueil à notre arrivée est inexistant... Aucune explications à notre arrivée ni pendant le séjour. Nous avions l'impression de déranger à chaque fois. Le petit déjeuner est en buffet mais pas assez important... Pas de fruits, 1 seul fromage, 1 seul jambon. La qualité est trÚs médiocre. La piscine est trÚs agréable ainsi que l'accÚs plage en direct. Le parking est trÚs pratique mais il faut demander à chaque fois l'ouverture de barriÚre et trouver quelqu'un du personnel pour cela. Le ménage dans la chambre était trÚs bien. Il y a de gros points positifs mais également des points à revoir pour s'améliorer.

Hyggeligt hotel ved stranden

Godt hotel som ligger tÊt pÄ stranden. RengÞringsservice var rigtig dygtige og sÞde. Hotellet ligger lidt afsides fra shoppingmuligheder og med den lokale bus til Salerno oplevede vi vanskeligheder, nÄr vi skulle kÞbe billetter i bussen. Ellers et meget hyggeligt hotel som befinder sig i et campingomrÄde der er er meget populÊrt hos italienerne. God mad bÄde pÄ hotellet og restauranten ved siden af.

Övernattningshotell

Duger som övernattningshotell. Bra att det lÄg precis vid stranden, som dock var vÀldigt skrÀpig. Frukosten var den sÀmsta pÄ vÄr nu 17 dagar gamla roadtrip. Fanns inte ens bröd, nÀr vi kom. Fick vÀnta 15 min pÄ att nÄgra croissanter dök upp. För övrigt sÄ var allt smutsigt och skrÀpigt i omrÄdet. Ett stort plus till restaurang Primavera, som lÄg ca 800 m bort. Fantastiskt god mat och service.
