Everything about this stay was perfect. The staff were exceptional; friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the showers were consistently hot, and the balcony offered a gorgeous view of the city. The location couldn’t have been better, making it easy to get around and explore. I would absolutely stay here again

I was solo travelling. Stayed for a week. I liked the location. Downside is breakfast not included and parking not included. Upside is there is a great grocery store next door and parking on street is free you just need to find spot. Location is good access to highways for sightseeing the island. Hotel overall is good. I would suggest booking ahead to get better pricing and be specific to request bed type (ie: king/queen size single bed instead of two singles).

Excellent choice when staying in Ponta Delgada. Clean, well-appointed rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. Decent buffet breakfast. Location was just far enough outside the city center to be quiet for sleeping, but an easy walk. Close to the highway for easy access to the rest of the island. Tip: use the free street parking outside the hotel and avoid the hotel parking charge.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Dinner at the hotel was only offering a buffé. No Al a Carte. Room needs an update. Toilett was clean and some updated. Bed was to firm. Carpet in the room instead of tiles or hardwood floor which is not so good if you have allergy symptom. Missing A/C. Only air ventilation.
