Great vacation rental

Enjoyed every aspect of this rental from the cleanliness, location, space and accessibility to area amenities. The host was very accessible and communicated very quickly. It was able to accommodate a family of five comfortably. Having the washer and full usable kitchen made it very efficient in maintaining the needs of a busy family. The only negative was the size of the bathroom and drainage issues we had with the shower. It required constant maintenance which wasn’t the biggest issue as we were able to work around it. Would rent this unit again.

Nos ha encantado la casa. Desde la terraza de arriba tienes unas magníficas vistas al la playa. Los sillones de la terraza son muy confortables. Estaba todo limpisimo. La casa está muy bien equipada, además de todo lo necesario tiene un montón de cosas extra como radiadores deshumidificador, un montón de toallas extra, incluso toallad de playa. La cama muy confortable. Está a 5 minutos en coche de punta Delgada pero en una zona tranquila. Repetiría sin duda. Muchas gracias a la dueña por los detalles de bienvenida, y gracias a Elisabete por su amabilidad y por estar pendiente de todoA mejorar, le falta iluminación, sobre todo en el baño

Great place to visit the island

Would definitely stay here again. Very nice place with a deck viewing the ocean. Owner was easy to reach and very friendly in showing us around the place. Was a good spot from which to drive out to many beautiful vistas around the island and the thermal pools (Caldeira Velha) though driving is a bit challenging on the narrow winding roads climbing mountains.

Lovely beachside home

My adult daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights - the home has a lovely view of the beach from the private balcony. Our beds were comfortable and the whole home is bright and cheery, and well located. I would stay again, and would recommend to others.

Fine for the price

The island is amazing! This rental is fine. The host was great and the location is good for exploring the island. Parking on the street next to this rental was never an issue for us. Nice to have a patio looking at the beach but it could use some upgrades like nicer furniture and a shade/rain cover. Kitchen was good but had some oddities like the only two frying pans did not work on the induction burners. The main negatives for us were the unbearable humidity in the bedrooms and the bathroom. I really have nothing good to say about the bathroom. The shower pan fills up with water quickly so you stand in dirty water, the toilet is 1 inch from the wall and very awkward to use, the lighting is awful and I had to duck to get in and out to avoid hitting my head. Again, the place is fine but I'd gladly pay double for some needed upgrades.

Great location and comfortable rental!

We loved the location and felt very comfortable during our stay! The listing as accurate and had all the amenities needed. Our only complaint would be the musty smell, which granted, this is beach rental - so some mustiness is to be expected.

Just wow!!!

I stayed at this property for 4 days with both my kids aged 7 & 9. All i can say is wow! This house is fantastic! 2 large bedrooms, great kitchen, and fantastic location! Would definitely stay here again and would most certainly recommend to others!

Perfect location.

This house was perfect for what we needed. A place to stay while we toured around the island by car each day We stayed for 6 days. The view from the patio is gorgeous. The house is equipped very well with everything you need. There is a double bed in one bedroom and then a narrow single in the other. The living room also has a couch you can make up into a single or small double bed.

Great place and is just as advertised

Great property across from the gorgeous black sand beach. Huge kitchen that is well equipped. Great internet. Bathroom is small. Beautiful deck. Guests should absolutely have a car to visit here since it isn’t very close to restaurants and tours or sites. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved our time overlooking the Atlantic from our vacation Home.Loved sitting on the porch at suns

WE were 2 adults and 3 grandchildren. The bathroom was sometimes an issue being rather tight. The parking on the street was never an issue. We felt quite at home within a very short time. The boys knew their restrictions regarding the beach, street crossing etc. They had time to explore, help in the kitchen and do their daily choirs. The vacation home helped create lasting memories.

We have enjoyed our stay in this wonderful place. All amenities are available, even above expectations. Most professional booking provisions of Maria, clear information addition information available on request. Warmest welcome at arrival for easy check in even when owner is not direct available. Position direct to the beach gives a wonderful experince from the deck. Even you can have a look after the children from the sundeck when playing on the beach. Wonderful restaurants all available in the area. The information book will tell you all about it. Or in doubt.....just contact Maria as she will provide you with all info. Comfort of appartment is to high standard with a full equiped kitchen, 2 full bedrooms, a shower room and a living in 2 parts. My husband and I came to Sao Miguel to celebrate our anniversary and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful experience here at this lovely beach house on Milicias beach! It is a perfect spot for an amazing romantic get away! I highly recommend this rental! It is steps from several beaches, restaurants, and cafés. After a long days hiking and sight seeing, it was very convenient to just walk outside and take a dip in the ocean! A Great Sao Miguel Beach House

Our family of four had a great stay at this beautiful little beach house. The view of the beach from the deck is fantastic,, it started our day with a cup of coffee and ended it with a cold beverage, there was even some live music to listen to on the weekend, from the great restaurant at the beach. The house is right across the street from the beach, but up a little rise so even the odd car passing by doesn't disturb the view. The kitchen is amazing, big and easy for multiple people to get stuff done. The bedrooms are spacious and the wifi works great...my two teenagers did not complain once all week. The living room is a little small without a lot of seating options but the kitchen and deck more than make up for it. Parking is on the street but we were always able to get a spot usually right at the door. If you are looking for a beach house near Ponta Delgada this place is perfect.

L'emplacement de la propriété est TOP pour visiter l'ile! Pres de la mer avec un balcon superbe! Tout etait propre, nous avons manquer de rien a cet hébergement. L'acceuil d Elizabeth à été des plus convivial et la parking n'a jamais manqué sur toute l'ile et est tjrs gratuit partout! Merci!

Vorab ist zu sagen, das die Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen jederzeit gegeben war. Auch der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sehr schön. Es wäre jedoch mal dringend erforderlich, endlich den Abfluss im Bad zu reparieren, da schon die Dusche leider schimmelt. auch gingen 70-80 % der Steckdosen im Haus nicht, bei 2 Verbrauchern fliegt immer wieder die Hauptsicherung heraus und die Wand im Eingangsbereich benötigt dringend eine Behandlung gegen Schimmel. Wenn das nicht alles wäre, wären wir gerne wieder gekommen, aber hygenisch nicht akzeptabel. Dafür tolle Aussicht auf den Strand.

Tolles Haus direkt eine Straßenüberquerung vom Strand entfernt. Super ausgestattet und fast alles vorhanden. Sao Miguel ist wunderschön, ein Mietwagen ist aber empfehlenswert, um die verschiedenen Orte zu besuchen. War ein toller Urlaub, danke :-)

Great location, excellent sea view

Was perfect. We loved the place. We were with 2 kids and it was great because the house was very well equipped. Excellent terrace with sea view and the location is really nice (you cross the street and you’re at the beach, several restaurants walking distance, cool neighbourhood)
