I would highly recommend this hotel. It is at a great location where one can walk around the Porta Delgada downtown very easily. The staff is excellent and send to take pride in their work. The hotel itself is slightly on the older side, and shows it's age in some places, but it is well maintained and still looks great.

This hotel is well maintained. The stuff is friendly and helpful. Garage is extra EUR10/day but it is worth it. The indoor pool is open until 10, which is very convenient. The bar has a good selection of lose teas that are served in special teapots. There are a lot of common areas with comfortable furniture. Location is also very convenient.
