Had to change our room due to hot water issues, had 3 fire alarms while there one at 245 AM, another around 9PM both times cold and or raining other was around 11 am no explanation or compensation for inconvenience especially at 245 AM.. No early notice was given that indoor pool was closed for renovation not that we were going to use it but people were there wit children.. After staying there over a week and needing to add 1 more night due to our house closing $250.00 plus was a real ouch for 1 night

Not great but okay

Honestly I was a little disappointed with my stay. The room was nice and spacious but there was evidence of a slight amount of mold on the bathroom ceiling, not a big deal but to some maybe so. The breakfast bar was slacking, there wasnā€™t enough space to even fix a plate if another person was trying to do the same. The waffle mix dispenser was broken. The biggest issue was the pool was not operational when it was supposed to be, with no explanation. That was truly the only reason I booked there and to not be able to use it was a big letdown to my children who were looking forward to it.
