The property is dated, needs renovations. There is nothing to do after dinner, not even a nice bar to sit at in evening hours with music. They had something every night but it was outside and again all the seating was dated, not welcoming at all. The beach is full of seaweed. The check in process long standing in heat, our room wasn’t ready, they sent us to an outdoor bar to wait for another hour. Misplaced our baggage with all the electronic and we had to find it ourselves. It was next to other guest luggage. Poor customer service. Not worth the money! Won’t stay there again!

Gorgeous well kept facility!

This is a beautiful resort with all kinds of wonderful landscaping and buildings and everything is an excellent order and is high end. We loved our stay there and we appreciated the hospitality, especially from Shaquille at the front desk. We definitely will come back! We especially liked the variety of restaurants and pools and activities and things to do right there at the resort.

The Crane Resort is excellent looking ,Rooms are wonderful and huge. The Lobby furniture is sooo outdated though it got us scared as that was our 1st impression of the resort. It's very old sinking couches. Water in the shower was not hot. The elevator stopped working and we were on the 5th floor. Check out day or even the day prior we didn't even get a phone call to get offered help with our luggage or anything. No one even said a word about the non working elevator for days until we left. Also be ready the bars close early as well. For a resort that top class and huge one bar closing late for night owls especially on weekends wouldn't hurt I think

Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The check-in process was speedy, and the front desk staff welcomed us with a refreshing rum punch. We were provided with a detailed map of the hotel and the surrounding area. Our room was stunning and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. We had a view of the ocean from our private balcony. Daily housekeeping ensured our room remained immaculate. Every staff member we encountered was professional and friendly.
