Good standard of accommodation for Barbados and value for money in the 5 star category. Pleasant staff makes all the difference too. A lot closed down in the run up to the start of “the season” as ever present construction underway at the Crane (didn’t distrurb otherwise) and some restaurants onsite closed.

Great resort on the quieter side of the island While resort older rooms beautifully appointed and large. We stayed in a one bedroom with pool oceanview it was spectacular. Due to time in year late October we lost the sun in our pool around 1 pm so retreated to the larger pools fur the afternoon. Coming back in may 2026

The attitude of some of the front desk team. I arrived the previous day and was told to call for buggy service ahead of time and because of my intending time I wanted to leave security would assist. The morning of my departure I called ahead at 7:00 am to arrange a buggy to collect my suitcases and bring to the front desk for 07:45, only to be told in the most abrupt and rude manner, no staff are available until 8:00 - I can call our security team and see if their WANT to do it! What a poor example of customer service from a major hotel chain. I was not afforded an apology.

We stayed one night so didn't do anything but sleep, but love how the room is appointment, has everything needed with a huge bathroom and lovely tub even though we didn't use it, didn't want to leave so quickly
