The outside features a private gated deck overlooking the wooded back yard, a BBQ grill and outdoor seating. The back deck is gated to ensure safety from stairs for the little ones and small pets.

Arrowhead Lake Community does require visitors purchase wristbands and gate cards during their stay. There is also a resort fee. Please reach out prior to booking so that I can give you the estimated cost of the fees during your stay.

Our stay at the Cozy Modern Chalet was amazing. Every aspect surpassed our expectations, from the seamless communication with Andrea to the immaculately clean and beautifully decorated space. The top-notch amenities ensured we had everything necessary for a comfortable and welcoming stay.
