Not what I expected

Elevators out of order (no housekeeping services due to this), hot tub didn’t work, side door remained ok unlocked due to broken door. Had to go get more towels and blankets for the pull out sofa ourselves.

Checked in late. But at 6:30am the next morning some crackhead was beating on the door saying something till i answered and he ran off. Fast forward 8:30 am beating on door started again. Welp looks like front desk marked us as checked out at 6:30am....

Elevator was broken and they gave us a room on 3rd floor. My aunt has a hard time with stairs so they were able to move us to a room on second floor. Breakfast was delicious!

We usually enjoy our stay here, but this time the pool was dirty and in bad shape, the hot tub has been broken for a year and a half and is full of stagnant water, and the grounds were dirtier than we have seen in the past. Hopefully these issues are corrected quickly because we typically enjoy staying here when visiting thw area.
