Yes. Breakfast needed a bit more attention. No eggs left and no replenishment at 8:45am. Just all carbs for options besides breakfast sausages.

Overall our stay was positive and pleasant. Check-in was somewhat inefficient due to the key card machine not functioning properly, which required guests to be escorted to their rooms. We experienced some difficulty with the heating and cooling unit. The room was quite warm upon arrival, and when we attempted to cool it, the unit shut off. Someone did come and set the heat to 65 degrees. While this prevented the heat from running, it didn’t actively help cool the room at the time. Later, my husband went to the front desk to request a fan and was advised to open the window. Had we known the windows were operable from the beginning, we would have done so, as we generally assume hotel windows are locked. On a positive note, the room was very clean, the employees were polite and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. The room itself was spacious, the location made it easy to get to our event, and the shower had excellent water pressure. I did not try the breakfast due to allergies, but it appeared to be a standard hotel hot breakfast.

The room was nice and comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious with great water pressure. An issue being on the third floor facing the highway was that we heard a lot of noisy traffic.

Very clean, comfortable, asthetically pleasing, good breakfast (except the coffee), great staff. Only a few people here so wondered why they didnt put us in a room facing the backside of the building, but instead facing the busy road.

Woke up 2nd morning there with no hot water in the building. There was no estimate of when it would be resolved. We checked out as we were there for a funeral and needed showers. WE WERE STILL CHARGED for that night in spite of paying for the first 2 nights. How is that even justified? We're supposed to stay in a hotel that has no hot water and has no idea when they will get it back? We're expected to take a birdie bath for the next 3 days? Totally unacceptable.

Room was clean and newly updated, the room was also spacious along with the bathroom. Bed was comfy and sheets were soft. Super convenient location to Gillette stadium for a Patriots game. Probably a 10-15 minute uber. Breakfast was etiquette and had the sweetest woman (Denise) working as a breakfast attendant assisting customers with what they needed.

The only issue that I had was that on the day that I was leaving, there was no hot water in the shower. I had to shower in cold water. For the amount of money I paid, I should have had hot water.

This was our (wife and I) our 2nd stay at this property in about three months. The property has been redone and is well worth booking. The only drawback ( with respect to the reconstruction) that we take issue with is the low toilet bowls. I would’ve thought they would have put high boy toilets in the redo!!

I have stayed at this property previously and you can tell they are taking steps to improve what was truly a 2 star hotel. While the appearance and upkeep has improved, there was no hot water for showers, room key had to be refreshed every day during a 5 day stay, and in room unit (for heat) was loud. For the price (only reason I would stay there), it is acceptable due to the location and as long as you have patience.

Horrible, I changed my reservation got charged and when I got to the hotel was told they had no reservations for me for the change in room. Was very upsetting that I got charged and was not given what I paid for. I will never go back and never make changes to a reservation next time I’ll cancel all together and go elsewhere
