Horrible Experience

Arrived after dark and it was impossible to locate. Next day found property off the boardwalk. Only sign was a 6x12 in sign on a post. Only found it by waljing the boardwak twice. See picture. No parking even remotely close. Long narrow wooden walkway through sand. Impossible for elderly or handicap to navigate with bags. No check in area. No personnel on property. Found out that I was supposed to be emailed with a lockbox code to obtain a room key. Did not get that email. Did get email with phone number but cell phones did not work in Palencia. In the daylight property looked ok but it would have been a hike to the ocean. Beach area from condo to ocean has a lot of beach debris. No upkeep. Very small basic pool. Paid for 2 nights and wasted first night could not locate and if I did would have had no way to get into room. Could not use 2nd night because it was not accessible for elderly party member and absolutely no .one to assist .
