Really lovely hotel in beautiful location with excellent, attentive staff. We stayed with our baby and dog and our dog was allowed with us for meals and given a nice bed and treat. The food was great with nice vegetarian options. The only negatives for us were lack of air conditioning (we did have a fan) but appreciate this is an old property! Dogs were not allowed to be left in the room (which we understand) but it meant we could not visit the pool. Our room was nicely decorated with great views over the loch but we did find the bathroom and furniture quite tired looking. There were some nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and good quality tea and coffee in the room. Overall fantastic stay for a 4 star!

The food here was absolutely excellent. The room we stayed in was lovely. The set of rooms to the side of the hotel, not attached, aren't very nice to look at and you have to walk outside and around to get to the spa. But the Spa is very nice. The views are also incredible.
