This property exceeded my expectations, they have created an extremely modern environment whilst being sensitive to the history of the old building, it has been cleverly adapted and sits in beautiful gardens near to the loch and just on the outskirts of the town, I thought given its luxurious feel it represented really good value for money, the staff were great and the breakfast was fantastic, they even had the convenience of 2 EV chargers which were useful for me

Great location just on the edge of town, nice and easy to find. Staff were all great throughout, check-in was straightforward and painless, room was immaculate and comfortable, even better than it looked in pics. Breakfast was fantastic too (don't miss the porridge with whisky and honey!). Will definitely be back on our next trip to the area.

Great property, with parking and good sized rooms, plus an excellent breakfast setup. Bed was very comfortable. Extended lounge with complementary whiskeys to try, and other guests were friendly and open to conversation. Located at the north end of Pitlochry, but only a 3 minute walk to the town. Excellent heating in the room. I particularly liked how friendly the staff were. Definitely a place to stay at again.
