Le Clos du Ravy is a detached cottage located in the Petite Cité de Caractère (Little Town of Character) of Piriac, in the quiet surroundings of a typical village, 800 m from the sea and 300 m from an aquatic center. The 250 m² enclosed garden is planted with trees and flowers (private parking).
Ground floor: living room (140x190cm sofa bed) with open-plan fitted kitchen, separate toilet, and pantry with shower room.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190cm bed, 2: 2 single beds) and shower room/toilet.
Amenities include: radio/CD player, DVD player, complete baby equipment, and Wi-Fi.
Electricity included. Not included: Electric heating (€11 per day mandatory from October 15th to April 30th), bed linens (€10 per person/stay), towels (€10 per person/stay), and tourist tax. Pet: €10 per day (€200 deposit).
