The room I was allocated was comfortable, clean. It has balcony (not private but I did not mind as chatted with neighbours with side view to the water. Room was also spacious. I like that it has plates and cutlery. The hotel is a very walking distance to the water ferries to Queen Charlotte ...

Ok for an overnight stay, would've given it a better rating if our neighbour didnt break into the ensuite and lock us out of our own bathroom in the morning
