Beautiful home located in the heart of the Village of Pinehurst. This home offers the convenience to Village of Pinehurst restaurants, shopping, parks, golf course, area attractions and Pinehurst Country Club. Built in 2006 this home has 4 bedrooms with the primary bedroom located on the main level and 3 additional bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms on the second level along with a bonus room. The main level also offers a formal dining room, office, open living-kitchen-bar area, expansive laundry area, beautiful covered back porch and a new luxury pool with spa in 2021. The grounds of the property are spectacular with a tree house, multiple fenced in areas with mature landscaping and numerous outside gathering areas.
