Very clean hotel, basic facilities. The breakfast was decent. Very noisy at times, loud music being played at early hours of the morning. My hotel room was on the corner with garbage and recycling bins directly below our balcony. Was woken up every morning at 6am to garbage trucks clearing the bins. Average experience.

Had a really lovely stay great value. If I came back to Ibiza would definitely return to this hotel.

Great location but BEWARE about booking this hotel if you have an evening departure. Our flight wasn’t until 9.30pm so we sunbathed and used the pool all day believing (based upon what the front desk staff advised) that there were showers and changing facilities we could use. To our dismay, we discovered these were in fact the open air poolside showers used to shower before entering the pool and no proper shower facilities were available. This meant having to shower in our swimwear. We had to ask the front desk staff for shower gel and were offered our used dirty pool towels for drying!! WTAF. And then asked to have these back before we had even gone to the toilets to change into our clean, dry travel clothes. Apparently the hotel has new owners who have closed the spa and this used to be where the shower facilities were available. This is not advertised or made clear. So there is no longer a spa at this hotel. Also it’s a “4 star” hotel charging applicable rates and yet they don’t even provide tea and coffee facilities in the room and only provide one 500ml bottle of complimentary water upon check in which is not replenished. Appalling standard as if you stayed for one night you would receive water, so why not replenish for each day of your stay. Staff were lovely but these aspects would make me not return. It’s not worth the rates being charged.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole experience felt genuinely business-friendly. What stood out most was the staff — a fantastic young local team who were warm, attentive, and made the stay feel personal. Special thanks to Alejandro, Santi, and Vanessa, who went above and beyond and were a real credit to the hotel. Would happily stay again.

This is a great hotel. They definitely keep it clean. My biggest problem here was there’s no air-conditioning in the restaurant. It looks like it had been broken for some time. Because they already planned on having a bunch of fans in there. Which wasn’t great because there was a lady with long hair sitting in front of it every morning. I was worried that her hair would blow into the buffet food. The staff and the restaurant definitely made up for it because they are very helpful and showed me a good seat to sit outside where I would get a breeze. One day the water was turned off a few hours and when it was back on the water was coming out with the rust They invited me to use the spa for the day, which was really just a shower and a hot tub and a sauna. In my opinion, they could’ve done more for me considering I was one day without a shower in a very expensive hotel.
