There is plenty of natural light in the main living area of this duplex home in The Cottages to make you feel open and relaxed. A vaulted ceiling provides the space for extra windows, and light spills into the room from these windows and the sliding glass door that leads to the back deck. Then it meets and mingles with the dark stain of a natural wood wall, perfectly accentuating the blend of rustic modern.

A plush full sleeper sofa and luxury swivel chair that extend the natural feel provide every member of your group comfortable seating space as you gather around the warmth of a winter fire or the large smart TV for a family movie on a hot summer night. If you're one with nature, this retreat includes an intentional break from technology; you might prefer to set up a board game on the coffee table for family fun and use the grill for dinner. Appalachian vibes extend throughout the beautiful decor, creating a relaxing vacation space.

Connect with family and friends around the heart of the cabin, the place where meals are made in the fully equipped kitchen of Sweet Pea. Gorgeous place; safe neighborhood

The best part of the place was the adjoining parking lot where we were able to play pickleball as a family. The kitchen provided what we needed to prepare all our meals. The only downside was the previous guests left food items in various drawers in the living room and bedroom.

Perfect Family Getaway

The property was clean, spacious, and conveniently located to everything. The home provided a started set for the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry, and it was tastefully decorated for Christmas. Our family also loved the video game center and nice back yard! All communication was helpful, prompt, and professional. We highly recommend and definitely hope to stay again for our next visit to Pigeon Forge!

Amazing quiet place to stay :)

My family had such a wonderful experience working with Smokey Vistas and staying at the sweet pea cottage. Not only were they very responsive and kind but the cottage was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved the fact that it was in a quiet area yet close to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved staying here and are already planning to come back next year if not in the fall. I think we found our perfect place for vacationing in the mountains. Perfect for small families. Owner is very considerate of your needs and is quick to answer you back with any questions. Very clean in a quiet community right off the strip.

Living room furniture not good for sitting. Sink way in and the couch would lean you to the middle. Beds high and hard to get in unless you are tall. Toilets are short and hard to sit on if you have knee issues. Master shower a nice walk-in.

Overall all was good. There were a few things that should be addressed: Dishwasher door needs adjustment (falls unexpectedly) / Master Bath Exhaust Fan only heats, not exhausts / Master Bath Shower control is backwards. Outside of house has abundance of spider webs that should be removed, especially by front door.

Nice duplex

Nice duplex that was conveniently located to the strip in Pigeon Forge. Master bathroom was very nice with large shower that had multiple shower heads. Very quiet neighborhood and the pool was right across the street from the duplex.

Spacious 2 BR, Great Location

This property was exactly as described and was even more spacious than the pictures could show. Right off the strip and across the street from the pool, couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything you need to feel at home away from home; blender, air fryer, coffee maker, all the kitchen needs you can think of. Retro arcade machine was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again if going to PF. If I had to give one negative it would be that the vents could use a vacuuming. Otherwise it was great, you won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful location and Modern

This property is located within steps of the community pool and accessable to the main Pkwy in less than a minute or so. There are a lot of extra touches with the items provided. The kitchen is VERY WELL STOCKED! Keep that in mind because just like everywhere else there are not enough people working. If you venture out to eat take your patience! The traffic was more than expected as well! While there are a few little quarky things like the faucets being backwards and a little rocking of the master toilet it's all up to date. They also provided floor fans which is nice. There are board games and an old school gaming table which my teen boys and husband had a friendly competition to achieve the high score. Everything appeared to be very clean...there were a few dust bunnies once we used the floor fans and our socks and feet were black. The floor appeared to be clean so it possibly was from the grout or tile that is dark. The condo is tastefully decorated and very modern! The master bedroom, bath, and closet are huge with lots of space. Definitely would stay here again and have shared this VRBO listing with friends.

This cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood that’s close to the parkway, dining, entertainment, and shopping. It has been recently renovated and is tastefully decorated. We would love to return to Sweet Pea Cottage!

Very thing was nice

The house was really nice. The only complaint I have is everything looked clean and the floor looked clean but when we did not have socks on our feet turned black!! It needs a really good mopping! But other than that it was a nice place to stay!
