We have stayed at this hotel many times. The room could use some updates; however, it was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. The bedding was clean and nice. Floor was very clean. We will definitely be back. The desk clerks were nice and helpful.

Right on the Main Street of all the fun pigeon forge things. Convenient to Dollywood but not very clean and bathroom was pretty gross. Worked for the price but wouldn’t stay again.

I was honestly surprised that Red Roof Inn & Suites doesn't have a higher rating! I had a great time staying here with my kids. The room was very clean, and I appreciated that there was no carpet—so no odors, just a fresh and tidy space. It also felt very safe, which is important when traveling with children. The staff was super friendly, and check-in was quick and smooth. Dollywood was less than 10 minutes away, which made our trip so convenient. The free pancake breakfast was a nice bonus, and the price was very, very reasonable. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Good, but could be better.

The bed was very uncomfortable (hard, lumpy, etc.). We slept poorly all week. The air conditioner did not work well, so nighttime was mixture of warm and cool. Outside of creature comforts, the room was perfectly serviceable.

Uncomfortable beds, not bad overall

The type of room we had was very nice and spacious, especially for a hotel. But the bed was so very uncomfortable, when you would sit down on it you would go straight to the platform underneath and then have springs poking in your back at night. The other downside was no ventilation in the shower/toilet closet. Other than some wear on the walls from I’m guessing the chairs hitting them, we had a nice stay and it served our purpose. Breakfast next door was great every morning as well!

Not the best Red Roof Inn that I have stayed in

The bed was very hard not comfortable at all. Left with low back pain really bad. You just about had to beg for toilet paper. The parking isn't very good on certain parking spaces. The workers weren't very friendly checking in or out. Also any other time they have split the payment amount between the two of us but this time they didn't usually that isn't a problem

Good stay

The room we stayed in could have used a good deep clean. The walls and ceilings were dusty like they had not been wiped down in years. The overall cleanliness of the room was fine, just something I noticed. The beds and pillows were awful. I thought maybe it was just our room, but my daughter said their mattress was the same in a different room. If you want reasonable room rate and so-so comfort highly recommend!!! Wasn’t a big fan of the outside entrance, but that’s just my personal preference. It was convenient to the LeConte center, we didn’t get bed bugs or mugged so it was a win!! Breakfast at Reagan’s House of Pancakes next door was also a plus.

Nice big room. Bed was hard. Water took a very long time to get hot. Toilet didn't want to flush right. Coffee pot was nasty when we got there. Room numbering was confusing.

Birthday mini vacation

Our stay here was fantastic! Even though the place was packed we still enjoyed peace and quiet while on the premises. The suite we was in over looked the grand strip on the 3rd floor we will definitely be going back very soon!
