Room was pretty clean and comfortable, however when we spilled some water on the floor and went to dry it up, the towel was almost black. Ended up wiping down all the floor since I have littles who tend to touch floors then their mouths. Building was older and in need of some repairs, but it was overall a pleasant stay. Nice quiet location despite being right on the parkway and there is plenty to do within walking distance

Overall stay was fine but they're very strict on rules..wasn't aware of $100 deposit and pretty much have to step off property to smoke..they allow one free pet but you'll probably pay for your pet with the deposit you probably won't get back..the housekeepers were going thru the peoples sheets and towels with a fine tooth comb that stayed next to us after checkout, taking pictures of sheets and towels for anything to keep a deposit for..you only receive $95 back of the $100 deposit if you do get it back..we didn't have pets and was worried about getting our deposit back..floors needed a little better cleaning..you can hear the dogs barking from other guests..free pancakes next door at Reagan's pancakes or pay 6.99 for buffet (make sure to go early for breakfast, long wait if you don't)

I went on a last-minute expedition with my dog Rider. We had a blast. Dog friendly with a great location to walk your fur baby. In the heart of Pigeon Forge. Easily walk to many restaurants. Friendly staff.

Did not like that property charged a $100 deposit and only gives $95 back ($5 is supposedly for a “processing” fee). Room smelled like mold & mildew and shower did not have a shower curtain liner so water got all over floor when taking showers. Floors were dirty and we could not walk around in socks unless we wanted bottom of socks to turn black.
