they only clean every other day which would be okay but we had a kid in diapers and the trash needs to go out daily. also the TV didn’t work well.

Room was clean, pillows waaay to soft but bed was comfortable, the breakfast was not good, it was cold and the same thing for a few days, we just went out for breakfast. Had fire alarm go off one afternoon, it was nothing but had to go outside for 15 min until clear from fire dept, no biggie things happen. Only bad thing was we were told check in 4 pm, while we sat in lobby waiting the young dominican guy kept checking others in?? they were also his ethnic and young adults, go figure. Finally my husband spoke up and he finally checked us in. We will not stay here again due to that and shame on this facility for letting him continue working here as we have read complaints before of rude behaviour of the person more than likely. I did thank him for finally checking us in but again this was after being told check in at 4 and he continued to check others in. He used the excuse rooms not ready but funny all other rooms were. Other than that and the breakfast our room was good. Oh and hope you like being woken by barking dogs that seems to be ok, I also read other complaints for that as well. So we will be looking for no pets stays next time and we like dogs but just not ones that bark all night.

The staff did an amazing job getting us into another hotel at 1 AM in the morning. Room 304 was infested with bed bugs and soon as I noticed, I spoke to management who quickly stepped in and offered to wash and dry our clothes and get us to a new room. They had no rooms available so they placed us in another hotel.

Room was not ready at check in, had to wait over an hour in the lobby to get in our room. Breakfast buffet was alright, room was pretty clean. We did have a great view from the room and best part was location. Close to a lot of activities.

There were issues with the room. I asked for a couple of pillows and blankets and I only got one of each. And then I was having issues with the ac/ heating units in the room they would work sometimes. And also I found blood in the shower and also blood on one of the towels.

Everything was great! Our family of 6 were very comfortable during the 4 night stay. Room layout was great with plenty of storage areas, and the breakfast was better than expected as well. Hotel itself was clean and maintained well. Great location too as we were staying here for Dollywood visit. Only thing I would point out is that the water pressure is bit low in the shower. Other than that, great experience overall!

Assign allowed pet to one floor, to keep areas more clean and less smelly/noisy. Needs more help in the breakfast time, constant need to request replenish coffee or waffle batter since everything was empty but personnel was busy. The mattress needs a change.

I’m always nervous when booking hotels I’ve never stayed at before but this place was awesome. The room was much bigger than we had thought. Water pressure in the shower was just the way I like it. Staff was very friendly. Anytime we visit Pigeon Forge in the future we will definitely stay here
