There housekeeping sucks, the only thing they did was pull blankets up over the bed didn't make it properly, didn't restock on Toilet paper, kleenex, clean glasses, nothing! And when mentioned nothing happened. We left cash tips even though they're cashless which we didn't know up front and tips were added to the few times we bought anything thru them. The "complimentary" snacks/drinks cost you a $200 resort fee, so much for complimentary. Overall not impressed and won't stay again!!!

The property itself was beautiful great location peaceful will definitely visit again the only thing i didnt like was thats its pet friendly and i have bad allergies other than that i give it a 10

We stayed at Embassy Suites for 5 days in August during the Jeep Invasion! We had a minor issue with the room and we were immediately moved across the hall with a balcony view! Hotel was very clean and the amenities were great! Swim pool bar was awesome, peaceful! Lawn games were a nice touch. The rooftop restaurant/bar provided a nice daily free breakfast, free happy hour 5-7pm and pool tables/TopGolf virtual game. Location is a short drive to Teaster with many options for dining/shopping and The Island is 5min drive! Would def stay again!

We arrived in Pigeon Forge and checked into a hotel that was covered in black mold. A quick search popped up this hotel. We were initially hesitant, believing we needed to be on the Parkway. Boy, was I wrong! We drove up to a beautiful, well-lit, and inviting property that was mere seconds from parking for The Island. Any reservations I had about being off the Parkway were quickly quieted by the view provided during breakfast at The Summit, the restaurant on the top floor. Rooftop dining is a fantastic idea for a place that offers such stunning views of the Smokey Mountains and they’ve executed it perfectly. The floor to ceiling windows and ease of access to the pergola covered outdoor seating provide, along with the mix of buffet and made to order items was the perfect start to our days exploring the area. I will admit that I initially turned my nose up at the resort fee, but after seeing the pools, bar, game room, restaurant, outdoor chess pad, and life-size yard pong, and experiencing one of the evening receptions, I believe that fee to be worth the money. I look forward to returning sometime and hope to find this property in the same condition with the same friendly staff. It truly did make our stay better than I imagined it could be.
