Excellent property. Friendly, professional staff. Lots of on-site activities, plus rooftop bar, buffet area, and game room. Free full breakfast buffet, free evening appetizers and drinks. My family loved our Christmas visit.

This is the best Embassy Suite we have stayed at so far. The girl at the front desk, Joseline, upgraded our room the second night on the first floor next to the pool and hot tub. She also found my lost phone.

This place is amazing. Stay here and you wont be disappointed. Buffett breakfast, games, simulator, 2 pools, hot tub, clean, fruendly staff. Everything you want in a stay.

The Embassy is top notch. Kid friendly with indoor pool and games for everyone of all ages on 7th floor. The rooms are very spacious. The outdoor hot tub was very nice and relaxing even though it was 30 degrees outside. Outdoor fire pits to enjoy. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Staff was awesome. I will definitely be staying here from now on.

Excellent stay! Wonderful hotel in Pegion Forge. Very close to all the major attractions and spots near Great Smokies National Park. Spacious and clean room. Quick checkin. Awesome restaurant/breakfast area..Complimentsry drinks/happy hr in evenijgs..Used the hot tub and heated indoor pool almost daily..Very relaxing stay overall.
