Better Options Out There

Not the best Holiday Inn Express around. Room (210) was musty and the smell made me cough all night. Should've changed rooms but guessing others had the same issue. Place just felt cheap compared to other Express I've stayed at.

Liked the front desk person. She was very sweet and handled an issue i had with speed and grace. There was someone sleeping in the bed when i got to the room and that was a shock! The girl at the front desk switched me without hesitation.

Not a good time

We were supposed to have a double queen bed. We got there they gave us a king with a pullout couch. In the couch were dirty clothes and the room smelled like mold. I went down the the from desk they said they sold all the queen double rooms. And didn’t offer anything else for me. They over booked and I didn’t have any other options. Will not stay at this location again. Which is sad I have never had a bad experience with a holiday inn

The eggs were dry and cold. The sausage was barely warm. Both trays were virtually empty and stayed that way while we ate. It was not almost 9:00AM it was barely 7:00AM. Disappointing as we have never had this at a holiday Inn Express

We had a great stay. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were the best! Today we slept 500 miles down the road at a different hotel. Big mistake. I will be looking for holiday inn from now on.

Was the loudest hotel I ever stayed at. Kids running around all over. Can’t get any sleep here the walls are paper thin. The people that work there are understanding but really what can they do.

I rarely write feedback unless I really can’t hold it in. Unfortunately, this stay was not a pleasant experience. I stayed for three nights in total. On the second day, the room was not cleaned, and the bed sheets and towels were not replaced. After informing the front desk, the issue was not addressed promptly—we were told it could only be cleaned the next day. However, the room still wasn’t cleaned on the third day. The trash in the bin was almost rotting. It was only after we contacted the front desk again that they finally changed the sheets and towels for us. Additionally, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. We could often hear noises from upstairs, as if someone was running or jumping.
