Great value

The hotel was clean and reasonably priced. There were no elevators, so moving luggage on stairs was challenging. Great location.

I was very pleased with the property. The location was central to almost everything I visited. A scooter rental took care of the beaches, giant Buddha and such. Great town location.

Great little boutique hotel in the heart of Phuket Old town. The rooms updated and nicely appointed. I stayed in the superior room. I picked it because it had an enclosed balcony which is nice for morning coffee and it also acts a buffer for the street noise. Only complaint is the shower. Low pressure and small nozzle

Located in them middle of great coffee shops, museums, and restaurants, I had a really great time at Baan Sutra. I especially enjoyed going to the indy market nearby which opens on Wednesday-Friday where there were lots of local foods and souvenirs. The room was spacious and neat. I saved a lot of money taking the bus instead of a Grab to the west coast with the staff's helpful directions.

Best budget hotel I've stayed at.

Great location in Old Phuket town - a block from Sunday night market and more. Hotel is very low-key, with limited service hours, but the staff is genuinely super-friendly! The hotel does not have elevator, so may not be suitable for everyone, but my room was very clean and comfortable The bathroom was extremely clean and well-maintained too. There was even a refrigerator in my room, and the air-conditioning worked great! They also provide laundry service for $2 per kg. I love this hotel!

Staff was AMAZING and made our 1 night stay very enjoyable, insisted on carrying our luggage and had a very warm welcoming personality. Also spoke good English and provided good suggestions for nearby restaurants.....approximately 20-25 min from the pier. Check in ends at 7pm. Good location and proximity to Old Town. Arrived on a Monday and found many of the shops and restaurants in the area closed for the day or closed early in the evening.

Place was fine. However, we got told the ferry ticket price at the pier would be the same as it was there and it wasn’t.. it was double! Many people had this issue at the pier. It wasn’t the first time they’ve heard that before. Scammers in Thailand already. So disappointing.

Love the spacious room, we have 3 ppl staying for the whole week. We wanted to stay for 3 days but our friend was coming in so we extended our stay at the same hotel because it is nice there, room always clean when we come back from lunch. Its next to Limelight plaza which has a convenient store and a food court ( food is good and cheap). Weekdays night market, accessible to Phuket old town within walking distance. Nice place with an affordable price.

This is a peach of a guesthouse! Great bed, English movie channels, fantastic location and right beside one of the best Thai restaurants. Good aircon and spotlessly clean and modern. I would compare it to European standards and cannot rate it highly enough. The helpful young man on reception was also 5*......thank you!

Exceptional service

Exceptional service at a fraction of the cost! I enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking to stay in Old Phuket Town. The room was clean and as photographed, and the host went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable throughout my stay. The guesthouse is ideally located within town-- very close to the night market and plenty of wonderful restaurants and shops.
