The space
The Pink Palm II is Scottsdale's newest for up to 14 guests. The stylish 5 bedrooms include comfortable king/queen size beds, mirrored beauty stations and generous closet space. 3 bathrooms including an oversized and newly renovated luxury bathroom, a custom beauty bar and many beauty stations throughout the house ensure a perfect place to get ready for Old Town - even for larger groups. One bedroom even provides a custom-made built-in queen-on-queen bunk bed. No matter if you celebrate your bachelorette party, friends getaway or anything else, you won't run out of photo opportunities.

The living room has a jaw-dropping electric fireplace (that changes colors via remote) with a 65 inch 4K TV with built-in Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube and streaming capabilities. The brand new fully equipped kitchen features a massive 10' island - perfect for chefs to cook their group a feast. The CB2 dining room table that seats 10 will be the perfect place to dine as a group. If you need a fresh outfit, the laundry room is available for your use with laundry supplies, a steamer and Whirlpool appliances.

After spending an afternoon in the backyard of The Pink Palm II, you'll never want to leave! The brand new pool features a baja shelf with in-pool loungers and a spa built for 10+ guests. - Please keep enjoying yourselves but be mindful of the neighbors when outside at late hours after 10pm. The city of Scottsdale is VERY strict about this and may issue fines.
- According to Scottsdale's noise ordinance loud music outdoors is not allowed at any time of the day. In case you listen to music outdoors please keep the volume low
- Cabana boys are not allowed at our property
- Pool hours are from 6am - 10pm due to respect to our neighbors and Scottsdale quiet hours
-Please note that the spa is heated year-round free of charge. The pool can be heated upon request. Heating fee is $50 per day (with a 2 day minimum).
-Dogs up to 30 lbs are allowed for a pet fee of $70 per stay.

Everything You Need

As soon as we walked into the Pink Palm II we knew we made the right decision to book this property. Beautiful, clean, luxurious, accomodating and excellent for chilling with family and friends. The backyard layout is fantastic with plenty of towels, tons of comfortable seating and a functioning BBQ with an extra propane tank just in case. Natalie was great with any and all communications, we had a fantastic stay, thank you!

The ultimate posh palace

(On behalf of my wife) We have stayed at our fair share of vacation rentals over the years but she has never been more impressed with a property and the amenities than the Pink Palm II. She had some doubts based on the neighboring homes and general neighborhood but once inside, she and her girlfriends immediately fell in love.From the golden man, to the Barbie mugshot and even the comfortable and spacious beds the girls had a wonderful time making memories and celebrating her 50th birthday. There was not a single issue with the house and all the amenities were exactly what they needed for a fun weekend.Thank you to Natalie and Jonas for the incredible communication. As a husband, they made it very easy to coordinate and make sure their weekend was top-notch.

Very Comfortable Stay

Our group used this property for a business retreat. The property was very clean and comfortable. Interior seems new and well done with quality materials like stone floors, huge marble kitchen island, quality kitchen cabinets. There are lots of places to plug in your personal electronic devices. Kitchen is stocked with a galore of utensils, glasses for any kind of drink and kitchen appliances. The owners are great to communicate with.

Beautiful house

This house had absolutely everything you could need to have a fantastic weekend with all of your favorite people. I turned 26 and we wanted a place with a nice pool to celebrate and relax.. this was perfect. Not to mention the decorations and endless photo opportunities!

Bachelorette VRBO of your dreams!

This place was amazing!! The pictures don’t even do it justice with how large it is. We had 12 girls and it was perfect! The living room/kitchen are so spacious and actually has seating for everyone. The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Fully stocked with all glasswear including shot glasses and plastic cups for by the pool. Additionally, there are two full drawers of ALL bachelorette decorations, cups, sunglasses, sashes, etc. there’s a ton of pool floats as well. The backyard is incredible and plenty of seating both in the sun and shade. We loved this place and will recommend to anyone going to AZ for a bachelorette party!! So so cute and well done!
