The Space:

Welcome to Mescal Villa & Casitas, a private Scottsdale compound where rustic desert charm meets resort-style living. Ideally located between Old Town Scottsdale and Kierland, this spacious retreat offers a rare combination of multiple living spaces, expansive outdoor amenities, and the privacy of your own desert oasis—perfect for large groups, multi-family gatherings, golf trips, or corporate retreats.



The property is designed as a three-structure compound, featuring a main house and two private casitas that allow guests to gather together while still enjoying personal space. The layout creates a relaxed, resort-like atmosphere where groups can connect comfortably without feeling crowded.



The main house offers four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, all thoughtfully designed with warm finishes and comfortable furnishings that reflect the relaxed character of the desert Southwest. The open living spaces make it easy for guests to gather, whether enjoying morning coffee before heading out to explore or unwinding together in the evening.



The South Casita functions as its own private guest suite, complete with a full kitchen, living room, and a king bedroom with an attached bathroom. It provides an ideal space for couples or guests seeking additional privacy while still being part of the overall retreat.



The North Casita offers another versatile living area featuring a billiards room, a comfortable lounge space, and a convenient kitchenette. A king bedroom with workspace provides a quiet retreat, while the oversized loft above includes two king beds, creating additional sleeping space that works perfectly for larger groups.

The area is known for its lush golf courses, scenic hiking trails, and vibrant arts scene.



Getting Around:

Mescal Villa is ideally situated for convenient travel around Scottsdale and beyond. While the area is car-dependent, ride-sharing services are readily available, ensuring you can easily explore nearby attractions. For those who enjoy biking, the neighborhood is somewhat bikeable with dedicated paths. Old Town Scottsdale and Kierland Commons are just a short drive away, offering a mix of boutique shops, gourmet restaurants, and lively nightlife. The proximity to major roads like Scottsdale Road and Shea Boulevard makes it easy to reach Phoenix, Tempe, and other neighboring cities.



Other Things to Note:

Heated Pool & Spa

The spa is heated at no additional charge. Pool heating is available upon request for $75 per night or $400 per week.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Guest Policy & Noise Regulations

While this home is ideal for relaxing and entertaining, for liability reasons, only registered guests are permitted on the property after designated quiet hours. We strictly enforce a Zero Tolerance Policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale has stringent noise ordinances, and any violations may result in fines and potential removal of this property from rental platforms.



Security & Monitoring

For safety and occupancy verification, a security camera is installed at the front entry. This is used exclusively to confirm guest numbers and for emergency situations. No other cameras or recording devices are present anywhere on the property.



Noise Monitoring

This home is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device to help ensure a peaceful environment for both guests and neighbors. Please note: this device does not record audio or conversations—it simply monitors ambient noise levels in decibels.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
