Accor Hotels - accommodation in Philadelphia

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location and the rooftop terrace/ pool. Otherwise, be prepared to be frustrated with the maintenance of the property, questionable cleanliness, and unnecessary drama at every turn. Many outlets didn’t work, no streaming on the tv, having to call the front desk hoping someone answers. My room was freezing. There was no heat so the hotel gave me a space heater. Luckily my room had a kitchen so I turned on the oven, the space heater and the hot water in the shower to warm up my accommodations. If you can afford to stay at The Logan, which is around the corner, I wholeheartedly recommend that you stay there because you will have a much better experience than you would have at this dump. But if you are going to stay here, pack your patience, because you will need it! Plus, it’s not cheap and there is nowhere to load and unload your car. The parking attendants at the garage next to the hotel are rude and unfriendly and unhelpful. The garage isn’t owned by the hotel so it’s a hassle because it’s valet parking and I prefer self parking so I can get things out of my car when needed. That is not an option. CON MURPHYS, the restaurant attached to the hotel is very good. But you can walk to the restaurant from the Logan Hotel or the Sheraton. Overall, I can’t recommend the Windsor Suites for all the reasons mentioned above and so much more. The Sheraton and the Logan are much better service oriented hotels.
