Great hotel for a one night stay before flying on. Have stayed here many times over the years, always a clean room, comfy bed great breakfast. Nice cold beer in the sports bar. Easy walk from airport which is nice after a 9 hour flight, they do have shuttle buses as well. Rooms could really do with upgrading getting very tired, maybe that will happen now that the Hyatt group have taken over.

It was a final night of a Thailand trip and we wanted something close to the airport. Unfortunately my daughter got food poisoning before we arrived but this hotel went way above and beyond to help us. They used their shuttle to take us to the airport clinic and had an employee escort us the whole time. I can’t speak highly enough about the service of this hotel.

This was surprising, but not in a good way. The staff were great, the buffet dinner was nice after a long trip, but the room was in surprisingly poor condition. The hall lights in the room would not turn off! We had to pull out the room key, to shut off all power to the room to turn them off. And then, as soon as everything was off, the room got very stuffy and then we started hearing a dripping sound coming from the bathroom. I tried several things to muffle the sound, and did not realize until the next morning that the bathroom sink was leaking quite badly. Yes, we could have and should have complained to management that night, but we were just too exhausted. Unfortunately, this was the worst stay I have had at a Hyatt property.

Nothing special. Building looked nice but rooms are a bit dated. Staff were friendly. Ok if you just need a night close to the airport, otherwise better off booking a place in the city

The check in and check out is a catastrophe, never seen so inefficient system in any hotel I have stayed at. First it was the lineup for 40 min, then when you finally reached a person at the counter it took 14-15 min procedure even the room was booked and paid in advance

The smell of the mold in the room so terrible make us unable to sleep. Wish they have air purifier to eliminate the mold smell would be great. Suggest put air purifier in room. Also have a cense in room to make it smell nice.
