Se hospedar no castelo de Itaipava, continua sendo uma ótima experiência, porém, quero deixar uma observação referente a Suíte Imperial, anunciada com hidromassagem, ela oferece apenas uma banheira de imersão e utiliza um chuveirinho externo para o enchimento. Sugiro fazer a correção no anúncio. Café da manhã já foi melhor. Como fui no dia das mães várias áreas do castelo estava interditada por ter um evento, muito chato isso.

Segunda vez no hotel e infelizmente a experiência foi sofrível. Mesmo com o hotel vazio, a equipe de funcionários me acomodou em um quarto com a banheira inoperante por problemas na vedação ( aparentemente de conhecimento dos funcionários já que me deram um tampão extra junto com as pulseiras e cartões de acesso ao quarto)e sem Smart TV. Ao questionar a recepção, fui informada de que nenhuma TV do hotel era Smart, informação que pude constatar ser falsa através de avaliações de outros hóspedes. Planejei minha viagem para desfrutar da estrutura de lazer, porém a hidromassagem ficou em manutenção durante os três dias e a piscina esteve interditada em metade do período. Não houve aviso prévio sobre essas interrupções. Para completar, o Wi-Fi aberto não funcionou, o que me forçou a usar o 4G do celular para trabalhar. Único ponto positivo foi o café da manhã.

Tivemos um problema no ar-condicionado do quarto, mas a equipe se prontificou prontamente e, no final, tudo foi resolvido. Atendimento excelente, com profissionais bem treinados. O café da manhã oferece muitas opções e a comida do restaurante é impecável. A visita ao castelo é ótima, com diversos locais para fotos e imersão na história. É a segunda vez que me hospedo e só tenho elogios a toda a equipe!

Gente, o hotel é muito bonito e temático! Tiramos fotos incríveis e lindas! Porém, o castelo funciona para eventos (festas de casamentos e debutantes..) então quando tem estes eventos, a parte mais bonita do castelo fica fechada. Vi muita gente indo embora sem conhecer. E, mesmo eu ficando 4 diárias, só abriu um dia pra conhecermos. Da pra contar nos dedos os funcionários que realmente te tratam bem. A maioria nem na sua cara olha. As camareiras são uns amores, mas são novinhas e precisam de uma gerente para mostra as teias de aranha e partes que precisam limpar. Tinha uma barata no meio do meu lençol no primeiro dia e pedi lençóis novos que eu mesma troquei. O café da manhã é muito bom e tem bastante variedade. Foi bom pra conhecer, mas dificilmente voltaria.

É SÓ FACHADA!!! Quarto com banheiro fedendo a esgoto, um odor insuportável!!! Pedi a troca da unidade e disseram não poder fazê-lo, pois o hotel estava lotado. O reparo também não podia ser feito pois era feriado. Somente no dia seguinte trocaram o quarto. Pasmem, o outro quarto o ar condicionado não estava bom. Me quiseram compensar com o checkout estendido, o que recusei na hora... Como ficar numa espelunca dessas. O café da manhã é fraquíssimo! Não gostei e não volto, tão pouco indico. Fujam desse hotel se não quiserem se frustar. Compramos alegria e recebemos frustração e problemas.

Uma experiência decepcionante. Ficamos muito tempo em uma fila enorme para o check in e quando chegamos no quarto descobrimos que nos deram um quarto que ainda não havia sido arrumado e sujo. Ficamos mais um bom tempo esperando para recebermos um novo quarto que dessa vez não tinha toalhas de rosto e apenas 2 toalhas de banho, sendo que éramos 3. Até o término da nossa estadia, de duas diárias, não recebemos as toalhas de rosto solicitada. O quarto era ok, apesar de mal conservado e com a pintura desbotada. O banheiro era minúsculo e o teto estava cheio de mofo. Fomos verificar a piscina e a jacuzzi do hotel e as duas se encontravam suja. Impossível de usar! O café da manhã, além de bem básico, tínhamos que ficar o tempo todo pedindo para repor os copos, pratos e talheres, além da comida que várias vezes se encontrava com as bandejas vazias. Realmente de castelo, esse hotel está bem distante. O nível do hotel é de no máximo uma estrela! E o pior é que pagamos mais de 1.200 reais para nos hospedarmos num hotel tão ruim.

O café da manhã foi excelente, gostei muito. Tive apenas um pequeno problema com o ar-condicionado do quarto, que não estava gelando, mas informei à recepção e prontamente resolveram a situação, inclusive nos transferindo para um quarto melhor. Fiquei muito satisfeita com a minha estadia. Uma pena não ter podido aproveitar a hidromassagem, pois estava em manutenção.
