The room was perfect, no need to call anywhere you can text Willow & have all your needs brought to the room! Staff was beyond helpful- EXTREMELY attentive in the waterpark, I loved that as a mom of 2! Parking was a bit pricey you have a fee of $20 per night & a “safety deposit” of $100 per night (little steep). Outdoor area was nice, lounge chairs for adults. Buffet, Dunkin & Timbers was great eating options!!

It’s one of the largest hotels in that chain, great for families! However, some rooms are located too far from the elevators and completely overcrowded like appendicitis… On far away wings of hotel only stairways.
