Very nice- like living in a new, small apartment. Modern, up to date kitchen. Very close to beach.If your're driving in, stop and buy your groceries on the way in. Publix, CVS drugs, Walmart, are within 5 minutes but prices are much higher than 20 miles out.

Great Location for Value!
The property itself was great. The location was just minutes away from a grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach. The pool on the property was great for small children. Our closet was loaded with kids pool toys! The cleanliness of the property was just okay. Upon an hour of being inside the property all of our feet were practically black on the bottom. My husband jokingly said upon our departure that we cleaned the space better than it was given to us. A huge thing I addressed to the property management promptly- my husband was searching for the dumpster on the property to empty our trash and a security person began following him, approached him and said that he felt like my husband was avoiding him. My husband was wearing a bracelet per the rules on the resort. He had a bag of trash with him. He felt like he was being followed and then berated about being avoidant THEN the security person said “well I’m actually following you bc I need to check your parking pass” in which my husband responded that it was in our dash and has been since the first day and pointed over to our car which was not even in range of where the conversation was happening. The security person then said, “oh I’m not even sure which vehicle is yours but I’m just verifying”. Between that and another interaction in the tiki bar from a staff member it felt very unwelcoming to anyone who wasn’t white. I was given a generic response from property management and no follow-up.
