Weird smell in room from floor cleaning. Had to wait extra 30 minutes for room to be ready. Shower head was broken in room. Definitely would not come back.

The hallways have a strange smell and the roof has leaks, the building looks due for a renovation.

People working were very nice. The room was not. The entire hotel smelled like mold and moth balls. Carpet in the room stayed wet. The faucet in the bathtub was barely hanging on. We were told to enter through the back entrance (C) do not do that. Always go through the front entrance of the hotel unless you like the feeling of someone possibly jumping out of the rundown stairwell and killing you. Pool table was unusable due to it being wet as well (?) When asked to change rooms, we were told the floors may be wet from shampooing. Those floors were not shampooed. Probably ever. And they charge you a $100 deposit so you don’t trash the already trashed room. Oh! Whatever you do, don’t accidentally look into the glass doors of other rooms at night as you’re driving through the parking lot. Trust me.

The place is a health code violation and safety hazard!!! My WHOLE family is not SICK bc of a leaking ac unit that would not go below 80*! Bathroom was not clean. Broken boards on balcony! Faulty lighting! Dirty mattresses! Will NEVER go back! I had to go to ER because I was having difficulty breathing and could not speak the next morning. I have bronchitis and beginning stages of pneumonia from being in your hotel. There was 11 of us six adults, five kids. The youngest being 1! I then checked out the very next morning because I was sick and so was everybody else to have to pay even higher prices somewhere else because everywhere was booked. I will never be returning to your hotel. Management or owners need to get control of their hotel.

I’ve come here about twice a year for the last three summers. Every trip, the hotel is in worse condition. I don’t believe the building is safe for adults, let alone children. The breakfast also does not follow food safety standards (I run a restaurant, please trust me). They should be inspected asap and closed down before anyone gets harmed.

I stayed with my family, and we really enjoyed the pool area. One downside was the lack of a barbecue pit near the pool area, especially since we came down for Memorial Day. It would’ve been nice to grill poolside, but oh well. The price was great for what we got. The free breakfast? Definitely a wiD lots of variety and a solid breakfast setup. Just be ready, it gets busy in the mornings. The room itself was decent for the price, though the back panel door kept falling off the hinges. Location-wise, it’s about a 30-minute ride to the beach, which wasn’t bad at all. There’s also a really good Mexican restaurant nearby and you’re right off the interstate, so getting around was super convenient.
